MiniWins Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
MiniWins ("we", "us") is operated by Pura Futura, MB, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 307008636, VAT code LT100017259210), registered address Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania. We make the MiniWins app, a routines and rewards app that parents use with children aged 2–5. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
The short version: MiniWins has no accounts and shows no ads. Everything your child does in the app — the animals they find, their progress — stays on your device. We use a small number of outside services to run subscriptions, fix crashes and understand how the app is used. None of them receive your name, your email or anything identifying you or your child.
1. Information stored only on your device
The app saves this on your phone or tablet only:
- Your answers during setup: your child's age range (for example "3" or "5–6"), which everyday tasks are hardest, how often they're a struggle, and how committed you feel. These personalise the app's wording.
- Your child's animal collection: which animals have been found and when.
- App settings: for example whether animal sounds are on.
- Progress needed to finish a reveal: if the app is closed in the middle of one.
This information is never sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no name, no email address and no photo.
You can remove it at any time:
- Reset progress (Settings → Grown-ups) clears the animal collection.
- Deleting the app removes everything it has stored.
2. What the app never collects
The app does not collect:
- names, email addresses, phone numbers or any contact details
- photos, audio or location
- contacts or other data from your device
- advertising identifiers
MiniWins contains no advertising and no advertising, social-media or attribution SDKs.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Please see Apple's and Google's privacy policies for how they handle purchases.
To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives purchase information from Apple or Google together with an anonymous, randomly generated ID. It is not linked to your name or email. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
4. Anonymous usage analytics
To understand which parts of the app help families and which confuse them, the app sends anonymous usage events to PostHog, an analytics service. For example: that an onboarding screen was viewed, that a task was started, or that a reveal finished.
These events carry a randomly generated ID for the installation — never your name, email, account or advertising identifier, and never anything you or your child typed. We cannot use them to identify you, and we do not try to.
These events are switched on by default. In the EU/UK we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to run them: they are anonymous, they are limited to how the app itself is used, and they are how we find out which screens confuse parents. We tell you about them before you start, on the first screen of the app.
You can turn them off at any time: Settings → Grown-ups → Anonymous analytics. Turning the switch off stops all analytics immediately. These events are processed in the European Union. PostHog's privacy policy is at posthog.com/privacy.
5. Crash reports
If the app crashes, it sends a technical crash report to Sentry, our crash-reporting provider, so we can fix the problem. A crash report contains technical details only: device model, operating system version, app version and where in the code the error happened.
It is configured to collect crashes and errors only — no performance tracking, no screen recording, no screenshots and no account or device identifier that points to you. Before a report is sent, the app strips out anything that looks like an email address, phone number, card number or access key. Nothing you or your child typed is included. Sentry's privacy policy is at sentry.io/privacy.
6. Notifications
If you turn on the trial reminder, the app schedules a reminder on your device before your free trial ends. It is created and delivered entirely on your device; no information is sent to a server. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
7. Children's privacy
MiniWins is used by parents, with their children. The screens a child interacts with — revealing animals and the collection — collect nothing and send nothing. The child's progress never leaves the device.
Purchases, settings and links that leave the app are protected by a grown-ups check: a press-and-hold followed by a simple multiplication question.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it in the app and change the effective date above.
